Marla Mintz joined Integrated Solutions℠ in 2015, bringing a wealth of experience in financial advisory and services for hedge funds and investment advisers. At Integrated Solutions, Marla specializes in bookkeeping for broker dealers and registered investment advisors and oversees the preparation, review, and maintenance of monthly NAV and financial statements for hedge funds using SS&C Total Return, QuickBooks and NetSuite programs.
Before joining Integrated Solutions, Marla spent 10 years as a controller for a hedge fund/family office. In this role, she managed the books and records and handled tax filings, including K-1s, for an $850 million activist fund and eight other entities, including three trusts and the chairman's accounts. Earlier in her career, Marla was an Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse, where she managed the accounting and records for a $5.3 billion LBO private equity fund comprising seven domestic and offshore partnerships.
Marla's career began at the public accounting firm Rothstein, Kass & Co., where she spent six years, ultimately rising to the position of Manager. There, she was responsible for all aspects of accounting, auditing, and tax services for domestic and offshore hedge funds.
Marla earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University in 1993 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1996.
