Dave joined Integrated in October 2024 after founding Avid Fund Services, LLC in 2014. During his tenure at Avid, he merged his practice with Agile Fund Solutions for a short period where Dave was a senior executive providing a broad array of services to both his legacy clients that had been integrated when he joined Agile as well as others. Prior to joining Agile, Dave was a Director at Novus Partners, a world class portfolio analytics platform to the alternative investment community.

Dave spent several years as a Vice President at Morgan Stanley Fund Services, a full- service fund administrator, where he managed a team of professionals in providing fund administration services to hedge funds across a broad spectrum of investment strategies and structures. His roles also included managing the financial statement preparation team responsible for liaising with audit firms and fund managers to deliver their audited financial statements as well as playing a leading role in the development of Morgan Stanley’s STRATUM transparency Platform.

Dave has served as the Chief Financial and Compliance Officer of Exton Capital Management, LLC a start-up event driven fund as well as Milton Arbitrage Partners, LLC an $800 million merger arbitrage fund.

Dave began his career in public accounting holding positions with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP, KPMG, LLP, RSM McGladrey (formerly Goldstein Golub & Kessler, LP) where he worked as a Senior Manager in their financial services practices specializing in proving audit, tax and consulting services to alternative investment funds and securities broker-dealers.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Business Administrator (Cum Laude) degree from Baruch College of the City University of New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA where he serves on their Investment Management, Digital Asset and Broker-Dealer committees.
